Managed IT · Flagler, Volusia & St. Johns
The IT your business stops worrying about.
Compu-Tech Support runs the networks, servers, Microsoft 365, backups and security that small and mid-sized businesses depend on. Everything covered for a flat monthly fee, or project by project. The people who answer the phone are the people who do the work.
No ticket queue. No script. No surprise invoices.
We work with the stack you already have
What we look after
Everything with a plug or a password, under one number.
Whether you have nobody doing IT or one person who is drowning, this is the ground we cover — front office, server room and plant floor.
Managed IT support
A help desk your staff can actually call. Workstations, printers, phones, logins and the day-to-day things that stop people working, covered for a flat monthly fee so nobody hesitates to pick up the phone.
Networks, Wi-Fi and firewalls
Business-grade switching and access points, coverage that holds up across a warehouse or a plant floor, separate networks for guests and cameras, managed firewalls, and VPN or remote access that staff can actually use.
Microsoft 365 and identity
Mailboxes, shared mailboxes and migrations, Teams and SharePoint, multi-factor that stops attackers without stopping staff, conditional access, and licensing trimmed to what you actually use instead of what you were sold.
Servers and infrastructure
Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, file and print, and the line-of-business and ERP systems your company runs on — including the old plant floor machines nobody else will touch.
Backup and business continuity
Backups that get restored and verified, not just reported as green. Image-level recovery so a dead server costs you hours instead of days, offsite copies, and a written plan for the morning something arrives encrypted.
Security, honestly scoped
Endpoint protection, patching that actually installs, passwords in a vault instead of a notebook, phishing training so staff can spot a fake invoice, and the documentation your cyber insurance renewal keeps asking for.
Automation that saves real hours
Paperwork that files itself. Invoices read and routed for approval, SharePoint lists that replace the spreadsheet everyone emails around, reports that build themselves overnight. Most IT companies do not do this part — it is often where the biggest savings are.
Cameras and facility systems
IP camera systems and recorders with footage you can actually find, door access, alerts that mean something, and the building systems that always end up on the IT network whether they were planned for or not.
Projects and migrations
Office moves, server replacements, network rebuilds, Windows 11 rollouts, migrations off something that should have been retired years ago. Fixed scope, fixed price, planned around your production hours.
Beyond the help desk
The work most IT companies quote separately, or decline.
Password resets are the easy part. These are the projects that actually move a business forward, and they are the reason companies keep us rather than rotating providers.
Internal portals and help desks
Ticket queues that route to the right department, document and safety-data libraries staff can actually search, parts and price lookups, standards libraries, production floor task boards. Built on what you already pay for rather than another subscription.
Dashboards and reporting
Power BI and live reports that answer the questions you currently ask three people for: accounts payable exposure, job costs, aging, throughput. Refreshed on a schedule, straight from the systems of record.
ERP and line-of-business systems
Sage and other ERP platforms, SQL Server, QuickBooks, and the database work around them: reporting, integrations, recovery when a module falls over, and keeping the old versions alive until a replacement is genuinely ready.
Imaging and fleet rollouts
A single golden image, deployed to every new machine so they all come out identical and configured. Windows 11 migrations, bulk replacements, and retiring a fleet of Windows 10 machines without a week of chaos.
Remote access, VPN and MFA
Site-to-site and client VPNs, RADIUS with push-approval multi-factor so a stolen password is not enough, and remote desktop that holds up for people working from home or from a boat yard two counties away.
Logging, auditing and forensics
Sign-in logs collected and kept rather than rolling off in a week. When somebody asks "who logged in, from where, and did it work", you get an answer with dates on it instead of a shrug.
Wall displays and signage
Production boards, schedules, meeting-room panels and lobby screens that run themselves, survive a power cut, and pull live from the systems that already hold the data.
Document and file flow
SharePoint and document libraries that mirror out to where they are needed, scanned paperwork that files itself, approval chains that chase people instead of the other way around.
Cameras, access and plant systems
Camera systems and recorders across a yard or a plant, door access, and the odd machines that end up on the network: scales, time clocks, label printers, test rigs and controllers.
How we work
Pick the amount of help your business actually needs.
You hear the number before anyone starts. No padded hours, no surprise invoices, and no charge for the call where we work out what is wrong.
Fully managed
We are your IT department. One monthly figure covers the users, the machines and the server room, so calling us never feels like spending money.
- Help desk for every user
- Monitoring, patching, backups verified
- Vendor wrangling: internet, phones, software
- Documented, so nothing lives in one head
- 12-month term, 30 days' notice
Co-managed
You already have someone good, and they are stretched. We take the overnight work, the projects, and the specialties they should not have to learn alone.
- Backs up your existing IT person
- Escalation and second opinions
- Cover for holidays and sick days
Projects
A move, a server replacement, a migration, a network rebuild. Scoped and quoted up front, with a handover at the end.
- Fixed scope, fixed price
- Planned around your production hours
- Documentation included, not extra
Start here
Ask for an IT review before you change anything.
No cost, no obligation, and no pressure at the end of it. We walk your setup, write down what we find, and you keep the document whether you hire us or not.
We look
Network and firewall, servers and backups, Microsoft 365 and accounts, who has access to what, and the things running on machines nobody wants to reboot.
You get it in writing
A plain-English summary: what is solid, what is a risk, what is costing money, and what we would do first. No jargon and no scare tactics.
You decide
Fix it yourself, hand it to your current provider, or hire us. The document is yours either way, and most of it you can act on without us.
Remote support
Most of it gets fixed before anyone drives anywhere.
If a machine can still reach the internet, we are usually looking at the problem within a couple of minutes — with your staff watching the whole time.

About
Clients stay because of how the work gets done.
We would rather tell you something is not worth replacing than sell you the thing we happen to have in the van.
Compu-Tech Support LLC is a Florida company based in Palm Coast. Our day-to-day is the heavy-duty kind: Microsoft 365 tenants with dozens of users, plant floor networks, servers, VPNs, tested backups, camera systems, and the automation that keeps the paperwork moving.
Nobody here earns a commission on hardware, so the advice you get is the advice we would take. Work is documented rather than remembered, credentials live in a vault rather than someone's notebook, and the people you deal with are still reachable six months later.
Most of our clients came from someone who already trusted us with their own systems. That is the only kind of growth we are interested in.
What that looks like
- You know who is coming. The same faces, who already know your setup.
- Plain English. What broke, why, and what it costs — before the work starts.
- Written down. Networks documented, passwords vaulted, nothing locked in one person's head.
- We answer. Calls and texts get a reply from someone who can actually help.
Good fits
- 5 to 100 users with no IT person on staff
- One in-house tech who needs backup and specialists
- Businesses on an aging server or Windows 10 fleet
- Anyone whose backup has never actually been restored
- A second opinion on a quote or a contract that feels wrong
Questions
The things businesses ask before they call.
What does managed support cost?
It is a flat monthly figure based on the number of users and servers, agreed before anything starts, so there are no surprise invoices and nobody hesitates to call for help. Projects are quoted separately at a fixed price. You will always hear the number first.
Can you take over from our current IT company?
Yes, and it happens more often than you would think. We document what is there, get credentials into a proper vault, fix whatever is quietly broken, and make the handover boring. No drama with the outgoing provider and no gap in cover.
We already have someone in-house. Does that rule us out?
Not at all. Co-managed is one of the better arrangements out there: your person keeps the relationships and the day-to-day, and we take the overnight work, the projects and the specialties nobody should have to learn alone. They also get to take a holiday.
What are your response times?
Remote work can often start on the same call, which is why we always ask first whether a problem can be solved that way. Anything that stops the business — nobody can work, nothing will boot, something arrived encrypted — goes to the front of the line. Response commitments are written into the agreement rather than promised on a web page.
Are we locked into a long contract?
A 12-month term with 30 days' notice. If we are not doing a good job you should be able to leave, and you take your documentation and credentials with you. Project work carries no term at all.
Our cyber insurance renewal is asking questions we cannot answer.
That is a very common reason to call. Multi-factor coverage, backup and restore evidence, patching, endpoint protection and staff training are the usual gaps. We work through the questionnaire with you and fix what is actually missing rather than buying a product for every line on the form.
Our backup has never been restored. Should we worry?
Probably, yes. An untested backup is a guess, and the most common thing we find is one that has been quietly failing for months. A restore test is cheap and fast, and it is a good first job if you want to see how we work before committing to anything.
What area do you cover?
Palm Coast and the surrounding Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns county areas for on-site work. Remote support goes wherever you are — some clients are looked after remotely day to day and only see us in person for projects.
Contact
Tell us what you are dealing with.
Call or text during the day, email any time. If something is down right now, say so first and we start there.
What to have ready
It makes the first conversation much faster:
- Roughly how many staff and computers, and how many servers.
- Who looks after it today, and what is or is not working about that.
- Anything that is actively broken, and the exact words of any error message.
If you do not know the answers, that is fine too — finding out is what the IT review is for.
Let's get it working properly.
One call tells you whether it is a quick fix or something that needs a plan. Either way you get a straight answer and a number.
